We decided not to limit ourselves only with making metal roses. Inspired by lily flower our craft masters made it from steel. The stem is covered with black and the bud - with white color. And all the flower is painted with copper patina. Such colors emphasize that it's made from metal.
We
found out that the ends of the petals can be used as hooks for jewelry.
So it's a multifunctional product:
a very special gift for her on different specials occasions (anniversary, valentines day, mother's day, and etc.)
decorative metal candle holder (due to special stand with a place for a candle) - creates a lovely atmosphere in the dark
jewelry stand - she will appreciate such luxury present

We decided not to stop on one kind of stands (made from wood) for our metal roses, and created metal racks.
So, how we came to the idea of new stands you'll read below :-)
Usuallywe putthe flowersin a vaseupright.
So, we decided to create such a pedestal on which a steel rose would stand vertically.
The main idea is to pull out a steel flower easily out of metal rack.
So when you give her a flower gift, it looks like a flower, but not something with piece of metal on the end.
After 'WOW' effect she will start thinking "for God's sake where to put this beauty???" And then you say: here you are, a stand - metal candle holder!
Yes, we also care about functionality :-)
A special bowl on the edge of the pedestal, where may be placed a tea light or a candle. There is a pintle (to stick a candle) in the middle of the bowl. The pintle has adjusted height so that a tea light can be placed horizontally.
On the bottom of the stand there are four gaskets - so the pedestal doesn't scratch the surface.

The flower sculpture looks very lovely in the dark while a candle is fired.
Metal rose is unusual present, and also nice item for interior decoration. But there are a lot of people who say "Wow, so nice item! But what shall I do with it? It has no functions!"
So for those meticulous customers we decided to create wooden stands with a place for a candle. Such composition (steel rose + wooden stand ) would be a sophisticated candle holder. In fact, a combination of metaland wood always gives a perfect result!
So we gave this task to our art designer.
He used plasticine to create a sculpture. Before he made the right one, there were some fail attempts:
After a week of capturing an inspiration he made the right one:
Next step was to create a 3D-model, so that CNC machine would cut it from wood automatically. We used Solid Works software for that:
And final step: cnc wood cutting (the fabrication is very noisy):
And here is what we get afterwards:
As our designer said, a wrought iron rose lying on the wooden stand, symbolizes a Cupid's arrow piercing heart. Also there is a place for a candle, so all together such composition is a perfect way for love confession. It'll be a great present for such special occasions: Anniversary, Women’s day (8th of March), Valentines day, Engagement, Wedding, and etc. And it's a simply idea for decoration home interior.
I always enjoyed looking at red-hot metal just taken out of a furnace.
Especially I like how red-hot rosebud looks.
So once I decided to imitate this beautiful effect.
I started searching the Internet and found out special paint, based on photo-luminophore. This material is used in different ways: nail industry, body art, art painting, airbrushingcars, internal design and etc. You just need to take an appropriate basis lacker.
So how it works: luminophore charges from any source of daylight and then glows in the dark. by default it has green colour, but there are different pigments added to the material so that you get a necessary colour:
I uses red, blue and white colours for painting our wrought iron roses. Here are some photos of such steel roses:
Of course, a photo-camera can't transfer a beauty of the glow - in real it looks much more spectacular.
Girls go crazy when see such roses glowing in the dark. I've checked, and not one time :-))
And my favourite colour is white-blue. I call this rose "Shy Flare" because it reminds me of blue sky full of stars. ^_^
So, if you want to surprise girls/ women with something extra ordinary: a luminous wrought iron rose is definitely great solution.
Well, a metal rose sculpture is good by itself- you don't have to give her flowers every time, because it doesn't wither :-D
